DWA would like to announce that it has been decided that the Official 2020 Season is cancelled. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the committee has taken this action with the best interest of the Sport and players.
On a brighter note, DWA will still be offering competitive competitions for the remaining of the year, where possible to ensure our sport is still active as are our players. The first competition will be the scheduled Wyatt Challenger to be held on July 4th at the Belmont Sport and Rec Centre.
It is also our intention to hold:
Open Singles on Saturday 11th July and B Grade Singles on Sunday 12th July. Both events will have a 9.30 am registration cutoff. More events to be announced later.
Please be advised that the BSRC is a cashless bar and the services of food is suspended so please bring your own lunch
Anyone who intends to play is required to follow all Covid safety plans put in place by BSRC and DWA.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL ASSOCIATIONS
As a result of the decision to cancel the official season, DWA has also cancelled the membership fees of $30 per person and request that any associations that have paid contact Robyn McCloy for instruction on holding funds over to 2021 or refund.
Associations are requested to forward payment of their $100 registration fee asap if they have not already done so.
